
Overview
As a UX Designer and strategic partner, I led the end-to-end experience design for an early-stage consumer technology product aimed at redefining convenience in recurring household management. My engagement began at the ideation phase and spanned through product discovery, pilot rollout planning, and MVP design.
I worked closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to shape the user experience across onboarding, subscription management, device setup, notifications, and inventory replenishment systems.

My Role
UX Strategy Development: Collaborated with founders and product stakeholders to map core journeys and user scenarios for the initial MVP.
Experience Architecture: Designed intuitive flows for complex interactions involving subscriptions, product pairing, device management, and smart inventory behaviour.
Pilot Planning & Testing: Created UX evaluation criteria and feedback mechanisms to assess performance during the pilot phase.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with engineering and business teams to align the experience with backend logic, technical constraints, and operational realities.
