My Role & Contribution
User Experience Overhaul: Conducting a thorough analysis of the existing platform to identify usability challenges and areas for improvement.
Pre-Login Enhancements: Simplifying the registration process, optimizing search functionality, and improving the onboarding journey.
Post-Login Redesign: Restructuring the transaction flow in compliance with RBI guidelines, enhancing features like bill payments, credit limit management, and transaction history.
Digital Engagement Features: Introducing an interactive e-Kit to educate users about SBI Card’s offerings and integrating a chatbot for real-time customer support.
Specialised Credit Card Journeys: Designing intuitive, feature-focused flows that cater to various credit card categories, ensuring users can easily access benefits, rewards, and card-specific functionalities.
